What is your mindset?

Mindset has to do with whether you think things are the way they are OR whether things can be changed.  The late Stephen Covey said that changing your mindset requires commitment and hard work and that developing a new habit or way of thinking takes time.

Addressing your mindset is important if you are struggling with a challenge and getting frustrated, tired and depressed. You have two basic choices:

  • Live in fear, feel depressed
  • Be positive, move on
